Elon Musk ‘not doing car parades’ as assassination risk is ‘quite significant’

Bonkers billionaire Elon Musk has admitted he is staying away from open-air car parades as there is “quite a significant” risk that he would be assassinated.

The SpaceX and Tesla CEO took to Twitter to declare in a lengthy audio chat on his newly-acquired social media platform that he is aware he could be the target of a brutal killing.

He told listeners: “Frankly the risk of something bad happening to me, or even literally being shot, is quite significant.

“It’s not that hard to kill somebody if you wanted to, so hopefully they don’t, and fate smiles upon the situation with me and it does not happen… there’s definitely some risk there.”

The wacky inventor is used to being in the media spotlight and is no stranger to controversy with the 51-year-old’s antics ranging from falsely accusing a rescue diver of being a paedophile to saying he will put a brain chip in his own skull.

But Musk’s recent revelations that there are more “smoking guns” in documents to be released that suggest Twitter staff purposely suppressed tweets about Hunter Biden allegedly receiving money from a Ukrainian energy firm have led to warnings that he is making powerful enemies.

It led to him updating followers that he is not suicidal in a bizarre statement hinting to fears he could be killed in a cover-up.

"I do not have any suicidal thoughts. If I committed suicide, it's not real," he said, months after tweeting in May: “If I die under mysterious circumstances, it's been nice knowin ya."

But one person not amused by Musk’s constant discussion of his own morality is his mum Maye Musk, who told him “that’s not funny” in response.
