A driver in the US has died after crashing into a fireworks shop and triggering a multi-coloured explosion when it was set ablaze.
The incident involved two vehicles crashing into each other outside of Phantom Fireworks, Melbourne, Florida, on Monday afternoon (November 28).
Officials said one of the vehicles stopped in the car park while the other collided with the shop, triggering the fiery inferno and killing the 53-year-old male driver who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Footage recorded at the scene shows smoke and flames erupting from the building as the sound of the fireworks is heard banging from inside.
Michael Geddis and Mary McLaughlin, who live locally to the store, spoke to Florida Today about how they tried to help but had to retreat as the fire became out of control.
Geddis said: "I pulled up, and we both ran out to see if we could help someone. When the fireworks started, we turned.
"They were shooting as far as that truck there. It was like a horror show."
Employees who were inside at the time of the crash made it out safely, reports say.
Firefighters worked overnight to put out the flames.

Brevard Frie Chief Patrick Voltaire said: "The fire extended through every bit of the building so the crews were met with heavy fire conditions along with a lot of fireworks.
"We had to put up aerial master streams to challenge the fire. We couldn’t make an attack too close to the building."
Authorities have confirmed they are investigating the initial cause of the crash.
Lt. Channing Taylor of Florida Highway Patrol said: "We are in contact with the family and they were unable to provide any medical reasons or medical issues that the driver was having that might explain what happened."
