A ghost hunter has recorded an eerie voice saying "leave here" at a spooky pub haunted by a pervy ghost.

Will Hammond claimed to have discovered four spirits during a "paranormal investigation" at the site dating back to 1290.

The spectre called Five to Four Fred is said to pinch the bums of female punters at The Belper Arms in Leicestershire.

He is named after the time he usually appears, but 29-year-old Blaby ghost hunter Will Hammond, says he's also uncovered evidence of other ghosts too, by using his "spirit box".

Will's mum passed away in 1999 and since then he has taken an interest in the paranormal.

He told Leicestershire Live: "Strange events started to happen that I couldn't explain.

"The thing that fascinates me the most is how something can move on its own and hear voices."

In his latest endeavour to spot the supernatural, Will visited the pub in Newton Burgoland after hearing of its resident ghost.

He set up special equipment which he claims picked up a "nice spirit and an unwelcoming one."

He said: "I set up different pieces of equipment, machinery that doesn't go off unless something enters its atmosphere.

"I set up a thing call a spirit box, in which ghosts can communicate through radio frequencies.

"I found that there was a nice spirit and a spirit that was not welcoming, and throughout the investigation in the bar area, there was always a feeling of unease."

"The meters were answering yes and no question very clearly and I heard knocking on doors and bangs in the bar area.

"The Ouija board was clearly not welcomed."

The new pub landlady Kirstie Croft, 29, was not at all put off by the spirits and welcomes customers to enquire about them.

She said: "We have a Geoff and Fred downstairs and supposedly a peaceful couple living upstairs with the possibility of children."

Will added: "There were two more spirits in the living quarters that were peaceful and friendly. But one of the ghosts downstairs was not.

"It felt as if the bad spirit was dominant in controlling what was happening.

"People should not be afraid, it has been haunted for a long time but do be respectful."
