Glam police officer docked wage after posting raunchy videos with guns from work

An attractive female police office has been stripped of half of her wages after posting raunchy TikTok videos of her with guns from her department.

Brazilian Ruana Pedrosa Andrade has nearly 300k followers on the social media platform, and has been delighting them with footage of her in her uniform dancing, working out and playing with massive guns.

She has amassed 1.1 million likes on her videos so far.

According to local media, it's videos of the latter which has angered her bosses from the Pernambuco Civil Police force in north-eastern Brazil.

And this has now led to Ruana being told earlier this week that she was being suspended from her duties for 14 days.

She was later told that she was also going to be fined have of her wages, but will be made to work after her suspension with the wage fine still in place.

She has not been told how long the wage cut will be in place for.

According to official documents, she was punished for negligence in fulfilling her duties, providing the public with information about investigations and other points of police interest, as well as “events that occurred in the department”.

It is not clear exactly what day-to-day role she has at the station.

The Department of Public Safety alleged that some of Ruana's videos were "possibly" made "in Pernambuco Civil Police units' premises during working hours”.

It said her behaviour was "non-compliant with expected standards" and that she had neglected "her duties to uphold the dignity of the police's mission".

However, the Pernambuco Civil Police Officers' Union has described Ruana's punishment as “over the top”.

Those supporting her described her as an “exemplary” public servant.

The union's president, Rafael Cavalcanti, said: “We are going to follow this case and we may even file legal measures to support the policewoman.”

Ruana told local media she would discuss the matter with lawyers.

No further comment has been released by the police station she works for in relation to potential legal action.

Fans took to TikTok to flood her videos with positive comments.

One wrote: “Congratulations on being an example of a woman.”

Another posted: “You are wonderful.”
And serval people – men and women – posted marriage proposals for the in-trouble police office.

The area of her police force, in the State of Pernambuco, has seen a massive rise in crime in recent years, and the civil police has come under fire for not dealing with it strongly enough, local media reports state.

The state has a population of around 9.2 million.
