A campaign to save one of Wales' most haunted buildings from falling apart has been launched.
People staying at Plas Teg claim to have seen ghostly figures and a dead barking dog roaming the halls.
The owners say laughter and strange voices are often heard, furniture moves without explanation and guests experience sudden changes in temperature and rapid mood swings.
But while the spooky 17th mansion in Pontblyddyn is a popular attraction for ghost hunters, the owners are struggling to maintain it.
Plas Teg Trust, which was set up to preserve the building, told NorthWalesLive over £10,000 needs to be spent on urgent repair work, due to problems with the roof and the timber.

In a statement, the trust said: "A huge thank you if you’ve donated to help with the repairs required at the magnificent Plas Teg.
"You’ve helped us to raise close to £700 so far.
"The urgent repairs exceed £10,000, so all donations will help and are greatly appreciated by Cornelia and the trust."
The Grade I listed mansion, built by Sir John Trevor in 1610, is said to be one of the most haunted buildings in Wales.
It was taken over and saved from neglect by Cornelia Bayley, 35 years ago, who recently celebrated her 85th birthday.
Plas Teg is thought to have been used as a local court during its history where people were tried and hung.
The infamous hanging judge George Jeffreys is said to haunt the corridors of the house.
Ghost hunters also claim to have seen John Trevor V who died in a carriage crash, after he allegedly killed his wife because she was having an affair.
