Man claims ghost ‘whooshed’ through him and he suffered ‘paranormal hangover’

A man said he suffered a "paranormal hangover" when an angry ghost went "whooshing" through him after he tried to confront it at an old fort.

Personal trainer Tony Ferguson, 36, visited Fort Widley, near Portsmouth with his wife Beverley, 46, and a group of ghost enthusiasts on October 16, Hampshire Live reports.

In the clip, the group is spooked by what they described as a "ball of light" heading towards them in a dark and dingy tunnel.

What looks like mist – or maybe dust – then appears close up to the screen and Tony is convinced it was a ghost.

The Victorian fort, alleged to be haunted, was used during both world wars and has also housed prisoners.

Tony, from Lyndhurst, explained: "I called out to the ghosts, 'Anyone need help? Are you lost? Are you trapped? Why are you so angry?'

"This is often what I call out to get a response from the spirits.

"In reply, I repeatedly heard, 'Get out, leave!' I heard both a man's and a woman's voice. They really didn't want anybody there.

"Then, suddenly, at the end of the tunnel, I saw a mass of fog shooting down towards me. It lit up.

"I started to retreat, running back down the tunnel – managing somehow to turn around while I was still filming."

He added: "Then I felt a whooshing sound when the spirit went past and I could feel it go straight through me.

"Afterwards, I felt completely drained for the next few days. It was like a paranormal hangover."

This comes after a woman claimed her undead spirit boyfriend "ghosted" her when she went public about their relationship on live TV and now she's desperate to win him back.
