A man has sensationally claimed a lobster he ate is "haunting" him after he filmed it still twitching while he was eating it.
In a Facebook Live, Adrian Shann from Hull shows himself tucking into a whole lobster he has boiled in a pan.
He struggles to cut up its claws with a pair of scissors and remarks he thinks the £13 crustacean might be "off".
The dead sea animal twitches and convulses on his plate a few times, but the hairdresser appears not to notice at the time.
Adrian, 32, was inspired to eat the lobster because of an online challenge, Hull Live reports.
He told the title: "I've never had lobster before and I was curious to try it.
"I boiled it for around 20 minutes and then went on Facebook Live. I didn't notice until I watched the video back that it was moving.
"I started to feel very paranoid and didn't realise it was moving. I asked myself, is there something wrong with it?"
Adrian claims that the lobster was already broken and cooked when he bought it from the shop.
He is still left puzzled and believes it will haunt him, according to the local newspaper.
Adrian said: "I felt that this lobster was part of a ritual and I was possessed by it.
"I now just feel physically sick. If you get boiled, surely you would die.
"My friends and family say it's just strange. It's worse for me because I ate it.
"I just hope people could have tried it as well so they could understand what I meant.
"I'm a hairdresser, not Derek Acorah," he added, in reference to the Most Haunted presenter.
Animals can sometimes move after death due to stimulation of the nerves, like when this "zombie chicken" made diners scream.
Meanwhile, Adrian said the experience was grisly enough to put him off the delicacy for life.
He said: "I'd never eaten lobster before and will certainly not be eating it again."
