Mark Zuckerberg has revealed his bizarre 4,000-calorie diet, including an enormous McDonald's order.
The Meta boss took to Threads – his new social media platform to rival Elon Musk's X (previously Twitter) – to share his eating habits, which he says he needs to "offset all the activity" he's doing as part of a gruelling fitness programme.
In response to a post asking people their go-to order from the Golden Arches, the 39-year-old entrepreneur posted: "20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later?"

UFC Fighter Mike Davis was quick to call out the mammoth order, responding: "You’re in camp! No McDonald's," followed by a cry-laughing emoji.
But Musk, who has been completing three to four jujitsu and MMA workouts a week, plus strength, conditioning, and mobility training, said he "needed" the food because of his active lifestyle.
"Not cutting weight so I need ~4000 calories a day to offset all the activity," he replied. "And it’s so delicious…"
Musk has begun the taxing new routine following rumours he would be squaring up against tech rival Musk.
Elon Musk's Twitter blunder as 'X' already trademarked by rival Mark Zuckerberg
The Tesla titan tweeted in June that he would be "up for a cage fight" with the Facebook founder, who egged on the competition by teasing: "Send me location."
But it seems the pair weren't joking – Zuckerberg recently earned a blue belt in Brazilian jiujitsu following weeks of intense training and took to Instagram to show off the achievement.
"Honoured to be promoted to compete at blue belt for Guerrilla San Jose team.
"You’re a great coach and I’ve learned so much about fighting and life from training with you," he said addressing his coach, Dave Camarillo, who boasts a "5th degree black belt" according to LADBible.
And Musk isn't keen to be left behind. The SpaceX billionaire was snapped training with podcaster Lex Fridman, who holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and UFC star Georges St-Pierre.
Posting a photo of the trio together, Fridman wrote: "Had a great training session with Elon Musk, Georges St-Pierre, and John Danaher last night, everything about this was epic!"
Musk replied: "Really fun! The obvious conclusion is that I need a *lot* more training."
