An adorable fat cat, named Bronson, has won the heart of animal lovers all over the world, by shedding 15 pounds.
Sadly, the excess weight was deeply impacting the American animal's health, leaving experts concerned.
When the animal was adopted by his owners, he was already morbidly obese, but with his family's love and support, he's shifted his chubby belly, and looks far lighter on his feet for it.

His journey towards a better life started in 2018, dropping from 33 pounds to 18, and since reaching his optimum weight, he hasn't looked back
Having disposed of the excess fat, Bronson is a much happier chap.
In his younger years, he moved at the pace of an elderly tortoise, but now he's sprinting around the house like Sonic the Hedgehog.
Unsurprisingly, his tale has caught the eye of the public, with thousands of fans joining him on his journey.
One supporter wrote: "Happy to see he went to good owners!"
Whereas another reminded everyone to look after their animals
The individual wrote: "Remember: A fat cat is a highly limited cat. And a limited cat is an unhappy cat. Lack of freedom of movement is quite depressing and stressful for a cat."
While fat cats can look quite cute, a third fan sensibly said: "As much as I love chunky cats, I still care about their health and wanted them to be normal. Guess I will stare at chunky cat drawing."
An emotionally invested supporter asserted: "Wow, that took some dedication. Well done. It's sad his former owner allowed him to get so unhealthy; if he remained obese, it would shorten his life, put pressure on his heart and joints.
"But if they did one thing right, it was surrendering the cat. He's in the right home now!"
And as much as we all love reading the autobiographies of our heroes, whether it be sportsmen, singers or actors, perhaps the tale of Bronson is the most inspiring of the lot.
A keen reader pointed out: "Humans and kitties would find it helpful and interesting."
