Only those with Kingly eyesight can spot the Royal Family in under 10 seconds

The Royal Family has a rich history with the Royal Air Force (RAF).

Since the dawn of the service during World War 1 when it flew as the Royal Air Corps, the Royal Family has had an intimate relationship with a service that for decades has ruled the skies.

On several occasions, senior members of the Royal Family have taken to the skies themselves including Prince Philip and the current monarch, King Charles.

Furthermore, several times a year, the RAF and other services which utilise aircraft take to the skies to fly in formation over senior members of the Royal Family.

Already this year, they have flown over King Charles during his Coronation and Trooping the Colour.

To celebrate their relationship, Express.co.uk has designed a commemorative brainteaser.

Your task is to spot the King, Queen, and heir to the throne in this flypast-themed brainteaser.

Did you spot them? If you didn’t, look closely at the left, middle, and top right of the brainteaser. The King is standing just by a tree at the far left while the queen is in the middle of the town watching the aircraft fly over.

The heir to the throne meanwhile is on the roof of the church tower as the rear of the flypast flies over the village below.

During the flypasts conducted this year, there has been a variety of aircraft taking part including the Red Arrows, Typhoons, F-35s and a bevvy of helicopters.

Alongside the most modern machinery are those which have celebrated the RAF’s rich past including Spitfires, Hurricanes, and a Lancaster from World War 2.

These aircraft remind the UK of the brave pilots who saw off the German air force during the Battle of Britain.

When the battle was over and won, then Prime Minister Winston Churchill said: “Never has so much been owed by so many to so few.”
