The name of the trend comes from the audio that's been used in all the montages.
The spooky song – which perfectly fits the Halloween season– is called "Year Zero" and is from the band Ghost, with lyrics which lists out the various names for the devil.
Lyrics for it go: "Belial, Behemoth, Beelzebub. Asmodeus, Satanas, Lucifer."
In the challenge, people use images of their pets pulling strange and at times creepy expressions with images changing to the tune, pairing each name up with a freeze frame of their pet in their most chaotic moods.

The 'Belial, Behemoth, Beelzebub' trend on TikTok was apparently started by a user @carponasi,who posted images of their cat to the song in a video that attracted more than 100,000 likes.
Since then many users have replicated the trend with their own pets, many of them amassing millions of views of their own.
TikTokers are finding the trend hilarious with one person commenting: “Idk why this sound is so funny I can’t keep it together," with a second person writing "This audio is the best thing ever."
