A “professional bodybuilder” who gained notoriety by injecting his biceps with oil to give himself a freakishly muscular “Popeye” appearance, has worried fans by admitting he has a “problem in his head”.
The 25-year-old Russian Army veteran has been repeatedly warned by doctors that his quest to get fake "Superman" muscles could kill him.
Nevertheless, he has continued to flaunt his outsized arms online, claiming to be “the most popular person in the world’ on his Bazooka Hands video channel.

Kirill has already had his fake triceps removed but has so far ignored the advice of medics who have begged him to let them remove the potentially deadly implants from his biceps.
Surgeon Dmitry Melnikov said “The risk of complications in this case is very high.
“But inaction will not help the patient.
“A toxic substance in the body long term can complicate the kidneys and lead to death.”
Kirill’s massive arms, which have prompted him to adopt the name “Mister Olympia,” have done nothing to improve his strength.

He was recently forced to tap out of a cage fight when he he was comprehensively battered by online personality blogger Oleg Mongol, and one of his super-sized arms “burst”.
As well as the life-threatening modifications to his arms, Kirill has undergone surgery to give his face an “ alien ” look, boasting that his enlarged lips and cheekbones make him "an ideally handsome male".
He told his followers: "I want to make an alien face.
“I have believed in aliens since I saw UFOs as a teenager.
“I know that they exist and that they are the most powerful race in the entire world. I feel like I'm going to them."

Kirill has since gone through two rounds of surgery to remove dead muscle and skin after doctors warned he may lose his arms.
In the past he has admitted that this was "due to my own stupidity".
His followers on TikTok are increasingly concerned for Kirill’s welfare, describing him as “completely lost in the mind” following a recent post.
One added: “so sad to see the slow demise of a fellow human being who cannot help himself. If only someone nearby could step in and help…”
Another commented: "May you get the treatment you need and get better in 2023."
