Sweet brand Skittles has sent Twitter into meltdown after it liked an explicit tweet from an OnlyFans star wearing nothing but rainbows.
The multi-coloured sugary treat’s social media team swiftly unliked the post after hundreds of bemused fans asked why it had appeared on their timeline.
But it wasn’t before the saucy snap – showing gay OnlyFans star Chris Stone with his trousers down alongside the caption “taste the rainbow” – had been seen by some of Skittles 600,000 followers.
The explicit star has since joked: “Just peaked for a little bit. Shoutout to the Skittles intern that liked my penis”.
One baffled Twitter user asked: “Skittles, got something to share? What the heck were you thinking my dudes.”
Whilst someone else warned: “Do not check the official Skittles likes on Twitter.”
Another posted: “They unliked it, but not quickly enough” with a fourth adding: “Did I really just see the Skittles company liking a penis picture?”
The candy company, which prides itself on its support for the LGBT community, has recently rolled out their annual all-white packaging for Pride month again with the slogan: “Only one rainbow matters during Pride.”
Their all-grey packaging is without their usual rainbow colours, but the sweets still feature the original flavours of strawberry, orange, grape, green apple and lemon.
They haven’t acknowledged liking the X-rated picture since they sparked the widespread hilarity on Twitter.
It isn’t the first time fans have been left shocked after a famous account liked saucy pictures.

England football star Wayne Rooney was previously roasted by his millions of followers after posts from explicit accounts appeared in his ‘liked videos’ section.
He was quickly teased but his spokesman insisted that he had in fact liked the videos by accident and they were a slip of the thumb.
They claimed at the time: “He was clearing unwanted items from his Twitter feed when he accidentally pressed ‘like’ instead of ‘delete’ on this one.”
