An "unusual representative of the underwater world" has been pulled from the depths and branded "the forbidden sex toy" due to its resemblance to an x-rated object.
Fisherman and photographer Roman Fedortsov shares all the weird and terrifying things he uncovers while fishing deep at sea on his Instagram account, which boasts over 650,000 followers.
Roman sources cod, haddock and mackerel on commercial trawlers and sometimes fishes up to 3,000ft below the surface.
But the 39-year-old from Murmansk, Russia has found some strange things along the way, including a mushroom-like orange creature, an aggressive-looking angler fish, and another catch that resembled a doughnut.
Now he has shared his latest terrifying discovery on his social media, prompting his followers to describe it as "the forbidden sex toy" and raking in over 10k likes.
"And such 'unusual' representatives of the underwater world are caught in the trawler…" he posted on Thursday, April 26.
Alongside the caption was a video of his catch, a bulbous tubular marine animal that was apricot in colour with a hole at the bottom.
"The forbidden fleshlight," wrote one commenter, referencing a sex toy used by males, which has a similar shape to the creature.

A second person added: "Okay this one is clearly a sex toy."
A third said: "I hate my brain."
A fourth added: "Ocean’s fleshlight."
The fisherman made headlines last month after he made a strange and unbelievable find while fishing in the Norwegian Sea.

The small fish which was longer than it is wide had been described as looking like a "baby dragon" by his followers.
One person said: "It looks a little like a newly hatched dragon to me. Lol." [sic]
"God. The Dragon. Cool what! Who is this anyway?" another user commented.
Someone else said: "Sea or ocean Chupacabra?!?"
