A self-proclaimed "time traveller" has told shocked TikTok users that a celebrity will admit to faking their own death.
TikTok user @aesthetictimewarper posted a video claiming the announcement will come within six months and will send shock waves through the world as they will be in high demand for interviews.
The video which received 125k likes on the app did not say who the celebrity will be and led to suggestions from social media followers.
The clip said: "ATTENTION! In less than six months a famous celebrity go out in public and say they faked their death.
"They will say where he had been and how he managed to stay hidden for the last years he's been gone.
"As soon as they come back many countries will be trying to interview them, they will come back in a boom…"
The video quickly racked up comments as users tried to guess who the mystery celeb could be.
One user wrote: "Sounds like Michael Jackson on the comeback with the MOONWALK dance."

The news comes just months following a TikTok time-warper's correct prediction of the Euro 2020 final winner.
The video by TikTok user @nsh.official stunned football fans as television footage of full-time scenes of matches which they claim to have filmed in the future.
On June 18 the account uploaded a video that showed a TV scoreboard of Italy beating England in the final of this year's Euros, 2-1. In the clip, they write: "I'm a time traveller."
While the result was incorrect the scoreline was wrong. Italy beat England 3-2 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
