A Conservative MP has been accused of “shirking” the Prime Minster after posting a bizarre photo of the pair together on Instagram.
Daniel Kawczynski, who represents Shrewsbury and Atcham, took to social media after a meeting with Rishi Sunak to discuss his concerns around the management of his local hospitals.
He accompanied the post with a photo of himself standing next to the Prime Minister – and it very quickly went viral – but not for the reasons Mr Kawczynski was hoping.

The photo shows the MP to be nearly double the height of the PM, leading many to accuse him of Photoshopping the image.
One said: “Saw this photo and assumed it was Photoshopped.”
A second commented: “The PM is a garden gnome?”
And a third added: “Hope you didn't raise them too high or Rishi won't be able to reach them.”
A fourth asked if he took the PM “out of your pocket for this photo.”
However, it is possible that the image is real, as Mr Kawczynski is actually the UK's tallest MP.
Standing at a whopping six feet and nine inches, he is more than a full foot taller than our relatively short PM.
Rishi Sunak is actually just five feet seven inches.
Liz Truss finally breaks silence on Daily Star lettuce – and she's not a fan
Despite his shortness, Sunak is not the shortest PM the UK has ever had.
Winston Churchill and Theresa May stood at just five feet six inches, while abject failure and humour vaccum Liz Truss was only five feet five-and-one-quarter inches tall.
For the record, the tallest MP in recent times was James Callaghan.
Serving from 1976 to 1979, he measured a rather decent six feet one inch, while was also the same as Alec Douglas-Home, but he only served a less than a year from 1963 to 1964 . . . just coming up short of Callaghan's time in office.
The Daily Star has reached out to Mr Kawczynski's team for a comment.
