Twitter users fell fool to a mocked-up local council election flyer that claimed that the Nude Party were going to envision a naked Britain should they be voted in.
The hilarious flyer appeared in Newport West, Wales and provided Dennis Smith a platform for his Welsh Nude & Proud Party campaign, which he was standing as active candidate for.
Users on the social media app were quick to engage with the tweet, which racked up thousands of likes and hundreds of retweets when it was published on May 3 having previously been posted last May too.
But voters may have to wait a little longer for policies that include a "renude Newport centre" as it turned out the flyer was a gag.
Seemingly posted through a letterbox in a postal rally for the mocked-up party, Twitter user WWarped posted the front and back of the nudist party policies, which were heralded as a "nude revolution for Newport West!".
A man presumably meant to be the standing candidate Dennis Smith is plastered on the front of the flyer behind the slogan "Say yes to no clothes".
The flyer lists four dedicated changes for the area, including a "confident candidate," "less restrictions," a "renude Newport centre" and "a more natural Wales."
And below the outlined plans for the local party, Dennis Smith offers a brief quote, saying: "As your representative I will work hard to liberate your area."

The party, which states it is "committed to YOUR freedom" said that Newport West is a "wonderful place to live and work" but that the party would make some much needed improvements that "are about more than just being naked."
Party claims from the hilariously mocked-up flyer claim that "Naked = Safer" and that those in the nude are "ninety times less likely to be mugged."
Other wild candidate promises that featured were "wipe down seats" for buses, support of the Clean Air Act and the encouragement for "more people to feel natural in nature."
Unfortunately the hysterical flyer's listed website doesn't work, but Daily Star reached out to Wales Nude and Proud for comment through the email on the campaign leaflet.
