A woman says she was left with an incurable STD after a janitor peed in her water bottle while she was at work.
Horrific footage shows the moment Lucio Diaz, 50, spotted the woman's bottle and urinated in it while cleaning the offices of a doctor's surgery in Texas.
The alleged victim is a married mum with two daughters, who chose to remain anonymous, according to ABC13.

Lucio Diaz, 50, has reportedly been charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following the event, with both charges relating to the same victim.
"This individual is a sick man," the victim said.
The incident was caught on a hidden camera in the office where Diaz was cleaning, and a urinalysis later seemingly confirmed what he had done.
"He pulls out his penis and proceeds to stick his penis in to my water, probably I would say half way in and then he tilted the bottle back and basically rinses his penis in my water."
"I was very, very scared and thought ‘what if he has a disease?’"
The unnamed woman was right to be afraid as an STD test came back positive for a potentially lifelong disease.

"I learned I acquired (a sexually-transmitted disease) for which he also tested positive for.
"He gave me an STD I will have for the rest of my life. Nothing is going to change it. Nothing will make it better for me. In fact, I feel like, for the rest of my life, I will have to be careful," she added.
“I want this to go to trial. I want him to be exposed for who he is, and I want him to pay for what he's done to me and then be deported."
Court records show that Diaz, a Mexican national, is now in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.
His immigration and work status are currently being confirmed.
However the alleged victim said that action wasn't immediate after the reported incident and the janitor continued to work at the building – even after management was notified of the allegations.
The woman's attorney, Kim Spurlock, said: "They have a duty to protect their tenants, and they wholly failed in those responsibilities."
Terry Quinn, CEO of the company that owns the building – Altera Fund Advisors – said: “Our management company immediately cooperated with the police department in this matter as soon as we were made aware of this potential issue by our tenant.
"They were advised by the police to not alert or approach the alleged perpetrator so that he could be arrested.
"He was arrested when he returned to the building."
Investigators with HPD's Major Offenders Division don't think the alleged victim is the only person who may have been infected and have suggested that Diaz could be a repeat offender – and may face more charges.
