Cheapskate ghost groom takes rock Singer Brocarde on divorce worthy honeymoon to Barry Island.

Brocarde married her ghost lover Edwardo on Halloween last month in The Asylum Chapel in London after scaring Holly Willoughby live on This Morning.

Brocarde says it was a mammoth mission to find a church that would bear witness to their wedding. She told ITV’s this morning: “I think there is a bit of an issue with religion and the after life. Not all priests believe.”

Brocarde was kicked out of churches and even threatened with exorcisms when looking for the perfect wedding venue.

The singer song writer was first introduced to the victorian soldier when he made a surprise appearance in her bedroom last year. She’s admitted that she wasn’t really a believer in ghosts before she met her husband.

The ceremony had an open invite to the living and the dead, which saw the likes of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis and Henry VIII arrive to the chapel.

Marilyn Monroe certainly caused a stir at the wedding reception. Brocarde said: “Edwardo just couldn’t resist winding me up and made an inappropriate comment about her looking hot. I was like ‘wow really? It’s our wedding day’. The comment completely ruined my evening!"

Brocarde walked down the aisle to her single “Haunted”. She wrote the single to celebrate her paranormal pledge of love to Edwardo.

Brocarde said: “I wrote the song to win Edwardo back after he ghosted me for publicly disclosing our romance. I wanted it to express the passion that I feel within my soul ever since meeting Edwardo. It was so special to walk down the aisle towards Edwardo with the song playing that I wrote for him, I will never forget the smile on his face!”

The newlyweds couldn’t wait to get away on their honeymoon but Brocarde was left disappointed with the surprise trip to Barry Island.

    • Blokes 'endangered' and at risk of being 'wiped out' leaving world full of women

Brocarde got covered in sand and ended up with a cone of ice cream being pushed in her face after Edwardo tried to get feisty with her on the beach and roll around near the sea.

Brocarde says “The whole trip just seemed to get worse and worse… Edwardo thought he was being passionate and romantic by wrestling me to the ground to frolic in the sand, but I was trying to share my ice cream with him and it went everywhere, all over my face, in my hair and the of course the sand stuck to it so I looked like I’d had a fight with a giant seagull.”

“We should of been on an amazing honeymoon but from that point on it was just ruined. Edwardo has always been unpredictable so it is typical that he would ruin our honeymoon!

“Edwardo obviously doesn’t have a bank card so it is always me that has to pick up the tab everywhere we visit… and he certainly likes to go wild in our hotel room mini bars. Liquor bottles are always mysteriously left empty, aside from the gin bottle, they are always left standing, he’s obviously not that partial to that spirit.

"When we arrived to our hotel he suggested ordering 12 bottles of the best champagne to the room knowing that I have to pick up the bill!”

Brocarde's latest single – 'It’s Christmas again’ is being released on Friday 8th December. The song gives her fans an insight into her first Christmas as a ghost wife.

Brocarde said: “Edwardo is really jealous at Christmas, I have tried every day this week to put the Christmas tree up but he just keeps knocking it over!

“He hates the thought of Santa coming down the chimney and he even tried to board it up, I have told him that Santa visits everyone and he doesn’t have a crush on me, but he just doesn’t understand!"
