SHOPPERS had to be evacuated from a B&M store after a huge fire broke out.
Flames erupted from the shop in Blackburn last night as black smoke billowed over the retail park.
Firefighters are still battling the blaze today after managing to stop it spreading into neighbouring shops.
No one has been injured in the horror, with shoppers evacuated from B&M as the blaze took hold.
Road closures are now in place close to the Peel Retail Park while fire crews remain on the scene.
Those living in the area have been urged to keep their doors and windows closed if they smell smoke.
Blackburn fire station said: "At its height we had 10 fire engines in attendance along with two aerial ladder platforms.
"We had to use water bowsers and tactical firefighting to stop the fire from spreading into Halfords.
"Operations are still ongoing this morning.
"We are unable to say what caused the fire at this time but no one was injured and staff in B&M Bargains made sure everyone was evacuated safely."
