BORIS Johnson's leadership campaign has been hit by a feud between his advisers and his girlfriend, it was claimed today.
BoJo's team is reportedly clashing with Carrie Symonds over strategy and personnel.
She is annoyed with the way Mr Johnson's aides are running the second half of the campaign, the Mail on Sunday reported.
And Boris allies believe she has allowed his personal life to take centre stage, it was claimed.
Carrie, 31, a former director of communications for the Conservative party, was thrust into the media spotlight a week ago after police were called to a domestic row she had with Mr Johnson.
Shortly afterwards, a photo of the couple looking loved-up in the countryside was released to the press – and Boris' advisers believe she was responsible.
Miss Symonds is also at loggerheads with some of her boyfriend's allies such as ex-Cabinet minister Gavin Williamson.
A pal told the Mail on Sunday: "Carrie has been warning Boris about Gavin. She's told him not to trust him.
"It's never clear whose side he's on, and he's making enemies among MPs. He's too heavy-handed."

Another source close to her added: "Carrie isn't happy with the transition to stage two of the campaign. She thinks that's been mishandled."
Team Boris insists there is no rift in the campaign.
Miss Symonds is an experienced PR operator who would be expected to take a major role in promoting Boris if he becomes PM.
