A tech boss who texted a female employee that he wanted to ‘hump her’ and asked when they were ‘going to f**k’ has been ordered to pay her £17,600 in damages.
Ala Uddin, who was the manager and director of All Techmart UK Ltd in London, sent the message on November 3 last year.
The employee, referred to only as S Sasheva, began to work from home more after becoming scared and uncomfortable, heard the East London Tribunal Centre.

In March last year Uddin sent her another sexual proposition asking her to spend the night with him and she told him to stop.
He tried calling her numerous times until she blocked his number and quit, reporting him to the police over his harassment.
Judge Moor said: ‘I have no doubt by the time she resigned she was scared, extremely upset and angry.
‘The behaviour was nasty sexual harassment by Mr Uddin in the form of sexual propositions and standing outside her home.
‘It was an abuse of his power as her employer.’
Ms Sasheva moved home and suffers panic attacks and nightmares as a result, heard the tribunal in East London.

The victim, who was a lone worker, felt unsafe and did not want to be near Mr Uddin, and she felt shame at what had happened, it was heard.
The judge added: ‘They have happened about three times a week since her resignation.
‘They are attributable, in my view, to the harassment.’
Ms Sasheva was awarded £15,000 for injury to feelings, £1505 in financial loss and £1,102 in interest, totalling to £17,607.
