Teenage boy, 16, is rushed to hospital after being stabbed on a London bus – as police hunt knifeman

A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed on a south London bus in broad daylight.
Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service responded to New Kent Road, Elephant and Castle, just after 2pm today after the 16-year-old was attacked on a Route 63 bus.
The boy was rushed to hospital with injuries that were believed to be non-life threatening. His current condition is known.

No arrests have been made in the attack and a crime scene remains in place as enquiries into the circumstances of the attack continue.
