Brian Laundrie's sister Cassie urges parents to 'come clean' if they helped brother after Gabby Petito's death

BRIAN Laundrie's sister has urged her parents to 'come clean' if they helped her brother after his fiance Gabby Petito's death.

Cassie Laundrie pleaded with her parents to cooperate with authorities as the search for Brian drags on.

"I don't know if my parents are involved," Cassie told Good Morning America on Tuesday.

"I think if they are, they should come clean," she added.

Brian's fiance Gabby was found dead in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park on September 19, eight days after she was reported missing by her mother.

Cassie has said that Brian flew back to Florida between August 17 and 23, days before Gabby was last seen on the 27th.

She claimed the last time she saw Brian was on September 6, when their family set out for a camping trip at Fort De Soto Park.

On September 14, Brian vanished from his parent's home after telling them he was going hiking in the 24,000-acre Carlton nature reserve.

In her interview on Tuesday, Cassie begged Brian to "come forward" and "get us out of this horrible mess."

She also branded him a "mediocre survivalist," adding: "I worry about him. I hope he's ok and then I'm angry and I don't know what to think."

'LOSING MY FAMILY'

The interview came just hours after Cassie broke her silence to tell protesters staged outside her home that she "doesn't know" if Brian was involved in Gabby's death.

"I am losing my parents and my brother and my children's aunt and my future sister-in-law on top of this," Cassie told protesters.

Asked to clarify what she meant by losing her parents, Cassie responded: "They're not talking to us either," followed by "if I knew, I would say, I don't know," when asked why not.

Cassie also railed against the family attorney she said "threw me under the bus".

Authorities believe Gabby died sometime between August 27 and 30.

Her cause of death has not been released but it was ruled a homicide.

Brian is not currently a suspect in Gabby's death but has been named as a person of interest.

There is a warrant out for his arrest for misuse of a debit card that didn't belong to him on August 30.
