THIRSTY Brits made the most of the four-day weekend by getting on the beers early today as they packed out pubs across the country.
Pub gardens were brimming with revellers basking in the sizzling 22C weather this afternoon.
Brits cooled down with ice cold pints as they made the most of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
In Leeds, drinkers in fancy dress packed the streets for the famous Otley Run.
Students carrying inflatables downed pints as they staggered their way through the 15-pub rite of passage.
Elsewhere in the UK, it was a more civilised affair for day drinkers in Henley-on-Thames, Berks.
