‘Cage fighter ex made me cook sausage sandwich at knifepoint in 10-hour attack’

A former cage fighter's ex-girlfriend has revealed how she was forced to cook him a sausage sandwich with a knife at her neck during a brutal 10-hour assault.

MMA expert Leigh Hancock, 36, was sentenced to 40 months in prison at Derby Crown Court on April 28 after biting and beating Fallon Bramall, 39.

Fallon told the Daily Star that Hancock: "Fractured my nose, fractured my eye socket, fractured my jaw."

Hancock locked her inside her flat in Dronfield, Derbyshire, in July last year before attacking her.

She told us: "He beat me up in the space of 10 hours in my flat.

"I think it was sick the fact he made me cook him a sausage sandwich, at the end of the ordeal, with a knife to my neck."

Fallon explained she spent the night in hospital and to this day still suffers from the injuries he inflicted upon her.

"I'm still recovering now, I’ve got injuries in my spine," she said.

"I've lost sensation in my left arm due to the domestic violence. I just struggle. My mental health is the worst to be honest."

Fallon is "constantly on edge" and "living in fear" given that Hancock threatened to kill her children if she told anyone what happened. She is on anti-anxiety medication.

The mum-of-two explained: "I’m not so much bothered about myself, it's my kids really. I'm thinking, is he going to come out and kill my kids?"

The pair had only been seeing each other for a couple of months prior to the beating. The incident was sparked by "jealousy" with Hancock becoming "frustrated because he wanted money for alcohol", Fallon claims.

"I didn’t have any money to give him," she said.

Hancock was given 24 months in prison for making threats to kill and 16 months for assault causing ABH. The sentences are to run consecutively.

Fallon said she is "upset with the justice system" and hoped his sentence would be much longer.

Hancock was also handed a three-year four-month restraining order and must not go within 500 metres of her work or home address.

He is prohibited from contacting Fallon either directly or indirectly for 10 years.
