Chris Cuomo REFUSES to mention brother Andrew Cuomo's sexual harassment scandal – before Don Lemon immediately covers it

CHRIS Cuomo refused to mention his brother Andrew's sexual harassment scandal, while Don Lemon immediately covered it.

Earlier in the day, an investigation into New York Governor Andrew Cuomo revealed that he had "sexually harassed multiple women."

However, during his Tuesday night CNN show, Cuomo Prime Time, the governor's brother did not mention the results of the investigation.

Lemon, however, called for the governor to resign, though the two CNN hosts did not discuss the investigation during a handoff.

During his show, Cuomo instead went through several segments about the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the US.

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the results of a months-long investigation into Gov Cuomo during a press conference on Tuesday.

CUOMO 'SEXUALLY HARASSED MULTIPLE WOMEN'

The investigation found that Cuomo, 63, "sexually harassed multiple women," including members of his own staff, members of the public, and state employees.

James said that the governor, "sexually harassed current and former state employees in violation of both federal and state laws.

"The independent investigation found that Governor Cuomo harassed multiple women, many of whom were young women, by engaging in unwanted groping, kisses, hugging, and by making inappropriate comments."

James also accused the governor of cultivating a "toxic workplace," leaving employees fearful of coming forward with complaints of misconduct, enabling "harassment to occur."

More than half a dozen sexual harassment allegations were leveled against Cuomo earlier this year, with the claims ranging from instances of unwanted kisses, hugs, and groping, to inappropriate remarks of a sexual nature.

CHRIS CUOMO 'ADVISED' HIS BROTHER

The AG report also found that Chris Cuomo advised his brother on how to respond after sexual harassment claims initially started coming out.

In May, the CNN host acknowledged this on TV and apologized to colleagues.

"I love my family and I love my job," he said. "And I love and respect my colleagues here at CNN. To them, I'm truly sorry."

Among the shocking information that came from the AG report into Governor Cuomo was a photo of him smirking moments after he allegedly groped a staffer.

The snapshot of the New York governor was taken after he allegedly groped an executive assistant at his home in Albany in December 2019.

The staffer told investigators that the governor "moved his hand to grab her butt cheek and began to rub it" for at least five seconds after asking her to take photos of them.

The woman claimed that she was shaking so much that the photos came out blurry and he suggested they sit down to snap one more.

In a Tuesday press conference, Governor Cuomo again denied any wrongdoing, saying any discomfort he caused was not intentional.

"I have never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate advances," he said.

"I'm 63 years old and I've lived my entire life in public view," he added.

"That's just not who I am and that’s not who I have ever been."

Cuomo admitted that he does sometimes "slip" and embrace, hug, or kiss people he knows, and even strangers, but denied the acts were motivated by sex.
