Colorado weather: coldest temperatures caused by winter storm

The Front Range and Eastern Plains of Colorado have been battered by a cold snap that has dropped temperatures to some of their lowest levels in recent memory. The following are the lowest temperatures since midnight reported by the National Weather Service as of 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Air Force Academy (Colorado Springs): -13 degrees

Aspen-Pitkin County Airport: 12 degrees

Berthoud Pass: -15 degrees

Broomfield/Jefferson County: -20 degrees

Burlington – Carson County Airport: -15 degrees

Colorado Air and Space Port Airport (Adams County): -26 degrees

Colorado Plains Regional Airport (Akron): -19 degrees

Craig-Moffat Airport: -17 degrees

Denver International Airport: -24 degrees

Fort Collins/Loveland: -18 degrees

Fort Morgan Municipal Airport: -17 degrees

Grand Junction: 19 degrees

Gunnison: 21 degrees

Haxtun: -17 degrees

Julesburg: -18 degrees

La Junta Municipal Airport: -8 degrees

Perry Stokes Airport (Trinidad): -8 degrees

Pueblo Memorial Airport: -4 degrees

Telluride: 23 degrees

Walden-Jackson County Airport: -18 degrees

Yuma Municipal Airport: -17 degrees
