Cops hunt 'high risk' teen Monika Molnar, 14, after she vanished from her home seven days ago

A DESPERATE search for a missing teenage girl is underway after she was last seen a week ago.

Monika Molnar, from West Yorkshire, was last seen in Wythenshawe, Manchester on August 10.


She went missing from her home a day earlier.

Cops said she is "high risk" and have urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.

Greater Manchester Police Wythenshawe posted on Facebook saying: "Monika has been going by the name of Amy.

"She was last seen wearing all black clothing with black shoes, carrying a large black rucksack, with a black holdall bag.

"If anyone has any information about her whereabouts or has had contact with Monika / Amy then please contact us quoting log 616-15082021.

"The easiest way to do this is online via https://crowd.in/KRwUi7 using the chat facility to the bottom right of the screen which takes you directly through to a call handler.

"Alternatively if you know her current location then please call 999."
