A French daredevil has been killed after falling from the top of a skyscraper that he had been scaling, while on location in Hong Kong.
Remi Lucidi, 30, had a history of climbing various towers around the world whether they be buildings or more obscure structures such as cranes, bridges, pylons or even transmitters.
Lucidi, known as ‘Remi Enigma’ on social media, had been reached the 68th floor of the 721 foot Tregunter Tower, a residential block, in Hong Kong’s upscale Mid-Levels area.
The young adventurer had been seen by a maid as he was knocking on the windows of the penthouse hoping to get back inside the building, but fell to his death before any help could arrive.
On the evening of the fatal fall, last Thursday, Lucidi had arrived at the tower at 7:30pm telling a security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor.

The resident whom he named has since denied knowing the thrill-seeker and was simply a ruse for Lucidi to bypass security.
Building surveillance camera footage then sees Lucidi getting out of the elevator on the 49th floor before taking the stairs to the very top on level 68.
The door to the rooftop was locked but Lucidi forced it open, determined to take another photograph from roof.
Many of the photos posted to his Instagram sees him clinging to the spires of tall buildings and he may have been attempting to do the same when he fell.
He was not found until his body was back on the ground.
