Three people were shot in southeast Denver early Sunday morning, according to Denver police.
The shooting happened just after 4 a.m. near the intersection of East Girard Avenue and South Florence Street, police said in a statement.
One victim was taken to a hospital in an ambulance and two others made their own way to the hospital.
Their conditions were not immediately clear, police said, adding that the investigation is ongoing.
Aurora police also responded to a shooting early Sunday after a woman was shot in the foot in the 1100 block of Yosemite Street. She is expected to survive, police said around 3 a.m.
Another woman was shot in the leg in Aurora during a domestic violence altercation, police said, in the 9800 block of East Jefferson place. That woman is also expected to survive.
