Tuesday will be a windy one, the National Weather Service in Boulder says.
Denver will have gusts over 40 mph out of the northwest as a southern wind shifts and picks up. Gusts up to 65 mph are possible in the mountains and up to 50 mph across the plains.
Downtown will have a high of 52 degrees under mostly skies, the wind will persist around 20 mph throughout the day. Overnight the temperature will drop to 23 degrees as the wind will come out of the west, peaking at over 20 mph.
Winds will finally die down on Wednesday as the high once again nears 50 under clear skies. The overnight forecast once again calls for a dip to 23 degrees.
Thursday is more of the same; a high near 50 under some sun with calm winds. Overnight the temperature will drop to 24 degrees.
Friday will bring a slight cool off, and possible snow could be coming Saturday.
