This is the amusing moment an eager dog brought a Bosnian football match to a complete halt to play fetch with the ball – and had to be carried off the pitch.
The hilarious incident took place during a Premier League match between Slodoba and Posusje in Tuzla on Monday.
Video footage showed the cheeky dog running on to the pitch within the first few minutes of play and chasing after the ball.
The unlikely pitch invader nutmegs one player and nabs the ball, running circles around the players, much to the annoyance of the referee, who stares at the dog disapprovingly.

The dog, thought to be a stray, dribbles around the players and one player tries to tackle the mischievous pup, who hilariously nutmegs him and evades capture.
The player tries to boot the ball off the pitch but the speedy pooch thinks it is a fun game of fetch and runs after it, again nabbing the ball from the football players.
After showing off its incredible ball-handling skills, one player manages to secure the football underneath his foot while a match official grabs the naughty dog and carries him off the pitch.
The dog did not intervene with the match again after he was removed from the pitch and the game ended in a 1-1 tie.
Commenting on the footage, amused viewers said the talented dog had to be removed from the pitch because he was ‘too good’ after he nutmegged two players.
Joking that he should be signed to a football team, one person wrote: ‘Which Premier League team will get to sign that four-legged striker in the January window?’

Another said: ‘Very disappointed the ref didn’t show him a comedy red card.’
A third quipped: ‘He played better than Sancho did on Wednesday evening.’
And a fourth penned: ‘The pooch should get an agent and go for a spot on either team!’
While a fifth said: ‘Let that fella boot it around along with the gang.’
It’s not the first time a dog has been keen to show off their skills during a sporting match, as a cricket player’s dog invaded a semi-final match this month in Ireland.
The cocker spaniel, called Dazzle, showed off her fielding skills as Bready took on Civil Service Northern Ireland (CSNI) during the semi-final of the women’s Clear Currency All-Ireland T20 Cup on Saturday.
The unlikely pitch invader managed to evade fielders at Bready Cricket Club in the Co Tyrone village and would only give the ball back to her owner Aoife Fisher, 16, who was batting for CSNI at the time of the chase.
This month, cocker spaniel Dazzle, who belongs to cricket player Aoife Fisher (both pictured), halted a semi-final cricket match between Bready and Civil Service Northern Ireland
Ms Fisher’s father Jon, mother Patricia and her brothers James, 14, Luke, 12, and Jude, 10, were all watching the chaos unfold from the sidelines.
Unluckily for CSNI, Dazzle’s interference did not help them seize victory, as Bready won the game by 11 runs via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method to book a place in the final against Pembroke.
Ms Fisher told the Belfast Telegraph that CSNI knew they were going to lose the match by that point, so Dazzle’s interference helped to lighten the mood and gave them an ‘extra spark of hope’.
She said that Dazzle was met by applause and laughter from the other cricket players when someone managed to grab her lead and take her off the pitch.
Ms Fisher, a student at the Friends School Lisburn, said Dazzle always joins her and her siblings when they play cricket in their back garden, saying the dog is their ‘best fielder’.
Her mother Patricia quipped that Dazzle’s fielding was ‘great publicity for women’s cricket, adding: ‘Dazzle idolises Aoife; she was determined to bring her the ball.’
Last year, a dog was adopted by soccer player Raúl Castro after it caused chaos at a match between Primera División de Bolivia clubs The Strongest and Club Atlético Nacional Potosí
Last year, a lucky stray dog was adopted by a football player after it intervened during a Bolivian soccer league match.
The hilarious incident took place during a Christmas Eve match between Primera División de Bolivia clubs The Strongest and Club Atlético Nacional Potosí in La Paz.
The mischievous dog wandered out to the pitch with a player’s cleat in his mouth and ran around in circles before play was halted in the second half.
Local broadcast cameras showed the playful dog lying on the grass as the players on both sides petted him.
The Strongest’s Raúl Castro carried the canine over to the sideline and according to local media outlets, the 31-year-old footballer warmed up to the dog and adopted him.
‘I got in contact with the shelter and told them that I will adopt him,’ Castro said. ‘He will be named Cachito, the name people gave him.’
