A major blaze is being tackled by fire crews where four buses are on fire and witnesses report hearing an "explosion".
Six fire engines are currently battling the fire at the Metroline bus garage in Potters Bar, London, Hertfordshire Fire Service has confirmed.
Harrowing videos and photos of red double buses on fire have been circulating on social media as black smoke billows from the depot.
One witness wrote: "Potters Bar bus garage 5 electric buses on fire after electric pack explosion."
Another said: "Big fire at #pottersbar bus garage. Several hybrid buses have caught fire, say local bus drivers, and they may have difficulty moving others near by for some time. Could hit local bus services."
It is understood a local raised an alarm at 2.36pm after they saw smoke rising from the garage.
A fire service spokesperson said they had received 73 calls from members of the public.
The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
It comes after a huge fire at a London bakery earlier this month.
The blaze broke out on Minerva Road in Park Royal, West London (May 4), with emergency services first alerted at 03:23am.

Station Commander Paul Morgan, who was at the scene, said that firefighters were faced with a "fully-developed fire" on arrival, and that one person left the building before the Brigade arrived.
He added: "Crews are working incredibly hard to contain the fire to the single-storey building and prevent further damage. The blaze is continuing to produce some smoke and we're asking residents in the local area to keep their windows and doors closed.
"One of the Brigade's 32-metre turntable ladders is being used as a water tower to get water on to the building externally. Firefighters are also using one of our drones to provide an aerial view and support observational awareness."
