Gordon Ramsay is swapping the kitchen for the classroom as he opens his first cookery school.
The TV chef, 54, will offer successful pupils finishing the course a guaranteed job within his restaurant empire.
The Gordon Ramsay Academy, opening later this year at his new burger restaurant in Woking, Surrey, is available to aspiring cooks of all ages.

Foul-mouthed Hell’s Kitchen star Ramsay said: ‘I am beyond excited to finally confirm The Gordon Ramsay Academy will be opening in Woking later this year.
‘I know how important mentors are, how important it is as a professional chef to sharpen your skills.
‘To be guided in your training and to gain valuable work-place experience in a professional kitchen environment.
‘Through my network of restaurants and the incredible teams who work with me, I have the ability to offer hands-on, practical, career-changing opportunities that will hopefully inspire, motivate and develop a new generation of talented chefs for the future.’
The prestigious academy, located above the chef’s first Street Burger chain outside London, on the site of the former Tante Marie Culinary Academy, will offer those looking to enter the hospitality industry a place to hone their skills and gain real work experience within Ramsay’s restaurant portfolio.
It will sell seven different sorts of trendy burgers – including the Lake District Beef patty and veggie Butternut Bhaji will be on sale.
His spokesman said: ‘The restaurant space will be super inviting, casual and relaxed.
‘The vibe will be kitsch, cool and quirky, with distinctive neon tube lighting and street art feature walls.’

Cllr Ayesha Azad, Leader of Woking Borough Council, said: ‘This is a major coup for the borough.
‘Gordon Ramsay has world renowned restaurants all over the globe, so we’re absolutely delighted he has chosen Woking as the place for his next big venture.
‘Not only is it enormously exciting for everyone, it’s also hugely positive for everything we’re doing to make Woking Town Centre a vibrant and interesting regional destination. We look forward to welcoming him and his team.’
Ramsay is one of the world’s most famous chefs, owning 18 restaurants in the capital alone, on top of 17 others internationally, including in France, Dubai, Singapore and the US.
