Gorgeous three-bedroom home can be yours for just £5 – and you only have to answer one question

THIS stunning Georgian home could be all yours for just £5 – and just answering ONE simple question.

The owners of the three-bed, 1650 feet period home have offered as the prize in a free draw – and want to give some of the money to charity.

Kate and Mark Nesbitt are selling tickets for their home in picturesque Plymouth which could land a lucky winner with the stunning property.

Located in Durnford Street in sought-after Stonehouse, the home is valued at £300,000 but the couple chose to raffle their house and give ten per cent of the profits to two charities close to their hearts, Jeremiah's Journey and Keep Me Close.

If the asking price is not met, a cash prize of amount raised minus costs will be given to the winner, once the couple cover their mortgage.

Spread over two floors, the open plan family home has one living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, two ensuite shower rooms, a kitchen, utility and cloakroom, a roof terrace and a secluded garden.

And for one lucky entrant all you have to do is answer one simple question: What age is this property? Edwardian, Georgian or Victorian?

Kate told The Plymouth Herald: "The process is automatic and we have no control over it but we would like to think it will go to someone who could never afford a property such as this.

"Even if we don’t meet our target and need to pay a cash prize, it could still cover someone’s deposit on another house.”

"Some people think I am crazy to raffle our family home. I know that the houses in this street are really popular and I wanted to do something for two charities which are close to my heart. This seemed like a perfect solution."
