Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hired a a former Disney+ executive to oversee parts of their production company.
Chanel Pysnik will look after unscripted projects under the Archewell umbrella for the Sussexes Netflix partnership.
According to Deadline Pysnik will oversee nonfiction series and documentary film productions.
The move to bring Pysnik on board reinforces the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's desire to expand in to producing programming.
Already Archewell Productions has committed to a docu-series called 'Heart of Invictus' which will be produced by Harry.
The second project announced so far is an animated adventure series produced by Meghan and Elton John's partner David Furnish.
Pysnik has previously worked with football legend star David Beckham on his Netflix production 'Save Our Squad'.
The Daily Mail suggests that Beckham may have recommended Pysnil to the royal pair.
So far Harry and Meghan have not released any programmes through their Netflix deal which is thought to be worth around $100m.

Harry also recently announced that he will release his memoirs next year in a deal with Penguin Random House.
According to a friend of Princess Diana, who feels he has a similar desire to speak out publicly as the princess, Prince Harry is likely to reveal his problems with the Royal Family and also why treachery took place.
Diana also lifted the lid on royal life and would have written her autobiography at some point, said her voice coach Stewart Pearce.

Harry has been critical of the Windsors in a succession of interviews he has given to the US media since he moved with his family to California last year.
Stewart, 68, said that Harry shares his mum’s “impetuosity” and fearless desire for freedom.
