A MOUSE has been spotted scuttling around a Wasabi restaurant floor late at night – as it enjoyed having the place all to itself after hours.
Ololade Yusuf, 22, filmed the shocking footage while on his way back from a night out with his girlfriend.
Emily Hue-Brown says she was "shocked and disgusted" at what she saw looking through the glass wall of the Holborn restaurant.
The rodent was seen scurrying underneath tables and chairs where customers eat at the Japanese-style diner, as it ran free in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Ms Hue-Brown said: "I couldn't believe it.
I don't think the restaurant is clean enough for people to be eating in because mice obviously carry a lot of diseases.
"The rodent was just freely running about the entire restaurant. It looked like it was a regular thing.
"If that's allowed I find that quite disgusting."
The mouse scampered close to the kitchen before running along the glass side of the building in full view of Mr Yusuf at around 1.30am, he says.
"The first thing on my mind was to take the video to prove what I had seen," he told The Sun Online.

Filmed in an eaterie in Melbourne, Australia, the video was posted to Facebook by British fast food enthusiast Todd Gilbey.

A Wasabi spokesman said bosses are now taking the "necessary actions" after being warned of the mouse infestation.
He added: "We take pest control very seriously across all of our Wasabi stores.
"Our branches are audited regularly by a pest control inspector and our teams are trained in pest prevention measures.
"We are fully aware of the issue at the Holborn store and are taking the necessary actions to deal with this.
"The health and safety of the teams who work in our stores and our customers are of prime importance to us.”
