A CURRY lover was left fuming after the takeaway she ordered arrived at her house nearly 20 HOURS late.
Ruth Anderton from Preston claims she ordered three items from the menu of the Sagnam Balti House in Lostock Hall on February 20.
The order totalled £23.50, with the mum keen to chow down on the takeaway meal as she ordered it at 10.06pm.
Ordering a sharing meal for three and a bottle of Coke, she said she eagerly awaited the order – but it never arrived despite only being three miles out of Preston's centre.
And she was left fuming as the order took longer and longer to arrive – while the restaurant already took payment for the meal.

And it wasn't until the next DAY that the meal turned up.
LancsLive reported how Ruth tried ringing the Sangam Balti House that evening but got "no answer".
In a Facebook post on Preston Restaurant & Take Out Reviews detailing the events, Ruth revealed how she then rang up the curry house the following day to complain.
But during the phone call, the curry house told her "no more orders were taken after 10pm".
She added: “But they were quick enough to take the money straight away."
But astonishingly, as she spoke with the bloke on the phone at around 6pm on February 21, there was a knock at the door.
It was her order.
She explained: “Within a couple of minutes a delivery driver was knocking on my door whilst I was still on the phone. 19 hours late.”
Ruth added: “I said how unimpressed I was and he said he'd refund me by sending a driver the day after with my money."
Despite the offer a refund, Ruth claimed the driver "never showed" and she is still yet to get her money back.
She wrote: "Must have clocked my number and ignoring me.
"Might pay them a visit when I'm next in Lostock Hall.”
The Sun Online have made repeated attempts to contact Sangam Balti House about the matter, but they have not responded for comment.
