NEW I'm A Celebrity star Frankie Bridge has revealed the one thing about the show she's most worried about.
The Saturdays popstar, 32, made her confession ahead of her entry into Wales' spooky Gwrych Castle this weekend.
She revealed that the show trials are her "idea of hell" and she is "scared of most things" – but that's exactly why she signed up.
Her candid revelations of her phobias may have been poorly-timed, after it was revealed fans can already vote for ITV stars to tackle the stomach-churning challenges a week before she show launch – potentially opening her up to a slew of votes.
As she sticks out her pre-show isolation period away from husband Wayne Bridge and their two kids, Frankie said: "I think people will be surprised to see me doing I’m A Celebrity and I am scared of most things, but I really want to push myself.
“I’m scared of rats, I am a fussy eater and I have a bit of a phobia of ketchup, so a pint of penis terrifies me! Any of the eating challenges will be my idea of hell.
"I also hate spiders in my own home, being trapped in small spaces is a big thing for me and pretty much all of that is likely to happen which makes me go, ‘Why the hell are you doing it?’
"And so that is exactly why I am doing it!”

Susanna Reid predicts trouble ahead for Richard Madeley
SUSANNA Reid predicted trouble ahead for Richard Madeley after seeing part of his I'm A Celebrity uniform on Good Morning Britain today.
Richard appeared in a pre-recorded video from isolation in Wales after The Sun revealed he had signed up to the ITV show.
The presenter, 65, said he had been isolating for 10 days in a cottage near the castle ruins and he also showed off his new boots.
He said: "I've been in quarantine for about 10 days now, and if any of you have been in quarantine my god it's boring, I mean I'd welcome any trial just for something to do.
"It's very pretty though, I'm on a Welsh farm, nice views and all the rest of it but I just want to get started."
Spinning the camera around, he added: "They've given us some of the costume that we've got to wear in the castle.
"Why we have to wear jungle boots in the castle I can't guess, unless it's to keep the rats out."
After seeing the clip Susanna, 50, said: "Huge good luck to you Richard! Madeley for the win!"

Contestants are required to quarantine for two weeks ahead of the series, which has moved to Wales from the Australian jungle because of Covid.

Raking it in
The Sun revealed Richard is said to have agreed a contract worth an estimated £200,000 to head into Gwrych Castle near Abergele, North Wales.

That year, he also appeared on I’m A Celeb’s ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp.
He proved braver than boxer Amir Khan, 34, in a “Critter-cal Rescue” trial in a giant termites nest. He collected every key while Amir screamed when he grabbed a live snake.

Yet votes close today at 8pm – so there's not long to go.
