HUNTER Biden’s laptop containing troves of emails and orgy pictures was confirmed to be real by The New York Times this week.
The revelation came five months after the New York Post had first reported on the abandoned computer which appeared to detail his controversial love life, battle with drugs, and family strife.
Confirmation from the Times came weeks after news of yet more Biden family strife following a split between Meghan King and Cuffe Biden Owens.
The Real Houswives of Orange County alum and President Joe Biden's nephew announced they would be breaking up after just two months of marriage in December.
President Biden and Jill Biden were among the 50 guests at Meghan and Cuffe's intimate ceremony, which took place at his childhood home in Pennsylvania in October.
In a statement the reality star said: "I've been asked by many outlets and individuals to comment on the state of my marriage.
"I am rattled. This situation is profoundly devastating. This is obviously not what I imagined when I made my vows – and I'm shocked and saddened by the way things turned out.
"I am moving forward with my children as we privately process our pain and begin to let go of shattered dreams."
Their split marks the latest in a long line of tangled Biden romances and partnerships cut short by tragedy.

TRAGIC DEATH
Joe Biden's first wife Neilia and his young daughter Naomi died in a car crash in 1972.
Their sons Beau and Hunter were critically injured but survived.
The two had met in the Bahamas while Biden was visiting Nassau on spring break.
They married in August of 1966 and moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where Biden was on the New Castle County Council.
Neilia passed when she was just 30-years-old.
Son Beau Biden served as Delaware’s Attorney General from 2007-2015 and died from brain cancer at age 46.
The couple’s only surviving is child is son Hunter.
EX AFFAIR CLAIMS
Joe then met his second wife and now first lady Jill.
The couple have been married since 1977, four years after Joe lost his wife, Neilia and daughter, Naomi in the tragic car accident.
They went on to have their daughter Ashley in 1981.
Jill became stepmother to Joe’s two young sons from his first marriage, Beau and Hunter.
In 2021 Jill's ex-husband Bill Stevenson claimed that she had an affair with Joe while they were still married during the early 1970s.
He and Jill worked together and founded the Stone Balloon, one of the most popular bars near the University of Delaware.
Stevenson claims Jill and Joe had an affair while he and Jill were still married and that Biden lied when he claimed they met on a blind date.
The Bidens have denied his claims.
In a statement to Inside Edition, Jill's spokesman said: “These claims are fictitious, seemingly to sell and promote a book.
"The relationship of Joe and Jill Biden is well documented. Jill Biden separated from her first husband irreconcilably in the fall of 1974 and moved out of their marital home.
"Joe and Jill Biden had their first date in March of 1975, and they married in June of 1977."
ROMANCE WITH LATE BROTHER'S WIFE
Hunter and his sister-in-law-Hallie Biden dated after her husband, Beau, died in 2015.
The pair briefly dated after his ex-wife Kathleen filed for divorce , with the pair bonding over Beau's death before splitting in 2019.
Hunter and Hallie Biden, who are siblings-in-law, were romantically linked from 2016 until 2018.
According to an interview Hunter did with the New Yorker in 2019, Hunter said he began dating Hallie after he was "recovering from a weeklong crack binge" in Los Angeles.
He said the two became close in 2016 after they bonded over Beau’s death during a trip to the Hamptons.
Hunter said the two began spending more time together as they were “sharing a very specific grief” because of Beau’s passing.
The US President reportedly first learned of the relationship when the New York Post called his office asking for comment in 2017.
President Joe Biden said in a statement at the time: “We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness.
“They have mine and (wife) Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them.”
Hunter added: “Hallie and I are incredibly lucky to have found the love and support we have for each other in such a difficult time, and that’s been obvious to the people who love us most.
"We’ve been so lucky to have family and friends who have supported us every step of the way.”
Hunter and Hallie reportedly broke off their romantic relationship in early 2019.
ILLEGITIMATE BABY
In August 2018, Hunter fathered a child with Lunden Roberts, who is said to have been a stripper at a club he often visited in Washington, DC.
Their baby was born in August of that year.
Hunter had first denied that the child Roberts was bearing was his and agreed to a paternity test to confirm the baby’s DNA.
The court ruled that the test established Hunter’s paternity with “scientific certainty," determining that Hunter did father the child while he was dating Hallie.
MARRIED 'AFTER DAYS'
Hunter married Melissa Cohen in 2019 – just days after they met, according to reports.
They welcomed a child together in March 2020.
"I instantly fell in love with her,” Biden, 51, told ABC News. “And then I've fallen in love with her more every day.”
Hunter had previously married Kathleen Buhle in 1993 and they had three kids – Naomi, Finnegan, and Maisy.
HEADED FOR DIVORCE
RHOC alum Meghan King and Cuffe Biden Owens had a whirlwind wedding in October, but it spun into what she called a "devastating" divorce just two months later.
The Bravo star, 37, and Cuffe tied the knot in October after three weeks of dating and meeting on then dating app Raya.
But Meghan shockingly shared to her Instagram Stories on Monday that the pair called it quits.
“They didn’t really get the chance to know each other," a source told Us Weekly on Tuesday. "She was hoping for this fairy-tale life with him, but it was far from it.”
The insider said that after the nuptials, they faced issues “that ultimately put strain on the marriage," including where to live.
"She wasn’t ready to move her whole life back to California after she spent some time getting settled into Missouri."
Meghan confirmed the split on her Instagram Stories and also removed the last name of Owens from her Instagram and "wife" from her Instagram bio.
