The world-famous "Liver King" has been accused of maintaining his toned physique with expensive steroids – despite claims his look is all-natural.
Bodybuilder Brian Johnson has long claimed the "ancestral lifestyle", which includes chowing down on raw liver and other animal organs, has enabled him to maintain his impressive build.
Johnson shot to fame for his muscular stature – and his bizarre eating habits – back in August 2021 when he started sharing snippets of his unusual way of life.

But now the dad-of-two has been accused of using performance-enhancing drugs by another bodybuilder, who claims to have accessed leaked emails allegedly sent by Johnson that show the extent of his steroid use, the New York Post reported.
Johnson has long claimed his body is 100% natural and says that his intense workouts and diet are enough to keep him in good nick.
But in an hour-long video on the YouTube channel “More Plates More Dates”, which is dedicated to working out whether bodybuilders are "natty [natural] or not", the host, who goes only by Derek, claims to have unearthed emails sent by Johnson.
The video, titled "The Liver King Lie", claims the incriminating correspondence showed Johnson confessing he wanted to build the “Liver King” brand and admitting to spending an eye-watering $11,000 (£9,000) on steroids.

The emails were reportedly sent to an unnamed coach in 2021 – the same year that the Liver King began posting to Instagram before gaining a fanbase of more than 1.7m followers.
Responding to the video, viewers were quick to critique the muscleman, with some hoping this would encourage others to be more honest about their steroid use.
“This was bound to happen,” one viewer said. “I’m surprised he lasted as long as he did.”
Another wrote: "Hopefully this is a watershed moment for the fitness industry and will lead to greater transparency."
Meanwhile a third chimed in: “Man it’s great to see it finally made perfectly clear that what we all knew was true. I feel bad for the few people who believed he was natty.”

Johnson previously challenged allegations about his use of steroids, telling a Barstool Sports podcast: "I’ll be honest, I take PEDs: I prioritise, execute and dominate every f***ing morning."
When Rolling Stone asked Johnson what he made of the latest video, he said he was "grateful".
The Daily Star has contacted Johnson for comment.
