Police are appealing for information after a death threat was scrawled on a mirror in toothpaste.
The sinister incident saw a 23-year-old man wake up to find the message ‘I will kill you’ written in toothpaste on his bathroom mirror.
Alongside the message was a smiley face, also written in toothpaste.
It happened on October 10, in Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham.

Now, officers have released images of two men who they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
In the images, two men can be seen walking up stairs holding beer cans, while the other shows someone filming moments before the incident.
PC Ryan Horvath, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: ‘It is unacceptable that anyone should be threatened in this way.
‘The impact of such threats can be profound and that is why we are taking this report extremely seriously.
‘Enquiries are ongoing and we would ask anyone who recognises the two men to get in touch on 101, quoting incident 238 of 10 October 2021.’
