Detectives are hunting a schoolboy who has carried out a series of sex attacks on lone women in just three hours.
The child – who officers believe is aged between 13 and 15 – targeted his victims on neighbouring streets in Lewisham between 5pm and 8pm on September 2.
There are a number of schools in the area, but there is no suggestion he is a pupil at any of them.
During one of the attacks he said he had a knife and ripped a piece of his victim’s hair out.
Following the women’s statements the Met police have managed to compile an e-fit of the attacker in an effort to track him down.
Details of the crimes were revealed today ten days after the sexual assaults happened.
A spokesperson for the Met said in a statement: ‘The incidents all took place on the evening of Thursday, September 2, within a three hour period.
This e-fit of the attacker has been proactively sent out by the Met Police for the investigation

‘The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, aged around 13-15 years old, of average build – he has short black hair with waves on top. In each instance he was wearing a knee-length, dark grey puffer jacket.
‘If anyone can identify this male, or has information that could assist the investigation, they are asked to contact police.’
His first victim was targeted as she was walking alone in Malyons Road in Lewisham.
As she arrived at a communal block of flats he snuck in behind her.
Inside he grabbed hold of her jacket carried out the sexual assault and ran off.
Then at 7.45pm a woman in Chudleigh Road was approached from behind by the attacker.
The Met Police are investigating and are linking all three of the Lewisham offences
He made vile explicit comments to her before sexually assaulting her.
The boy told her he had a knife, but the women was able to get away and run off.
Less than 15 minutes later he returned to Malyons road to target a third woman.
He approached her and sexually assaulted her.
When she challenged him, he grabbed her hair, ripping some out before fleeing the scene.
The worrying attacks come against a backdrop of criticism currently facing the Met following the kidnap, rape and murder of Sarah Everard by one of its serving officers.
Some women have said they do not feel safe on the streets or trust the police – with 999 heads pledging to rebuild trust.
