A massive fire broke out early Tuesday at an assisted-living facility in Rockland County — forcing scores of residents to evacuate as firefighters from several departments battled to bring the blaze under control.

The fire at the Evergreen Court Home for Adults on Lafayette Street in Spring Valley erupted about 1:40 a.m., WNBC reported.

There were unconfirmed reports of injuries but details were not immediately available.

The blaze sent the second floor of the nursing home crashing, according to the news outlet.

Dramatic video shows heavy flames and smoke shooting out of the building, which is surrounded by firefighters, medical personnel and other first responders.

Witness Benny Polatseck said in a tweet that volunteers with the Chaverim of Rockland managed to get multiple residents onto a bus to be evacuated.
