Missing toddler Noah Jordan found dead in Michigan creek one mile from where he was last seen in pajamas

A MISSING toddler has been found dead in a creek about a mile from where he was last seen in pajamas.

The body of little Noah Alan Jordan, 1, was found Monday morning after being last seen inside a mobile home in the Cutler Estates, in Kent County, Michigan, at around 11am on Sunday.



The toddler, who was last seen wearing pajamas, was found in Buck Creek, about a mile north of Cutler Estates.

Investigators launched a frantic search on Sunday, canvassing the entire neighborhood and stopping at almost every home.

The areas included Ideal Park, the Cutler Estates neighborhood and a creek on the property where the child was last seen.

The Kent County Sheriff's Office used aerial drones, boats and K9 units in their rescue efforts.

Rescue teams shifted their focus to Buck Creek on Sunday afternoon after footprints were spotted, Michigan Live reported.

However, it's unclear if the footprints belonged to little Noah.

The Buck Creek water search was suspended on Sunday evening due to safety reasons.

They regrouped and continued to canvass the waters on Monday, where the toddler was eventually found.

A cause of death has yet to be determined.
