A MUM has told how constant floods at her family home have left them without hot water and heating for nearly a MONTH.
Lorraine King, 48, and her three children have had to wash with hot water from a kettle since the latest leak on Boxing Day ravaged their West London property.
The care worker claims her home – owned by Catalyst Housing association – has flooded at least once a year since she moved in in 2010.
Now Lorraine, her son and two daughters are desperately waiting for repairs to get their heating and hot water back, while temperatures continue to plummet.
The fed-up mum says she has been given "no advice" on the matter and is crippled by fear one of her children could be electrocuted due to the damp conditions.
The moisture has also caused mould to sprout around the property after leaks have left water pouring through her ceilings.
She shared a shocking video showing water gushing into her bedroom as she slept while she explains the toll the problems are having on her.
"It’s happened in the front room three times and also the bedroom, bathroom, toilet. It’s just constant," Lorraine told MyLondon.

"The repairs take extra long to do. The guy left us with no hot water or heating.
"Then they contacted me two weeks later and told me they weren’t aware we didn’t have any heating.
"I’ve got to either boil the kettle or even go and take a bath at my daughter’s which is miles away," she fumed. "It’s not convenient."
The 48-year-old says she was given small oil heaters which barely warmed up the rooms, while her whole house "smells" because of the repeated floods.
After the most recent leak on December 26, Lorraine says water began gushing through the ceiling of her front room where her granddaughter was playing.
She explained a repairman turned up weeks later and turned the electricity back on, before another leak began just a few hours later.
Despite the housing association sending out several maintenance workers, the care worker complained that no one has been able to fix the problem.
"The whole thing was flooded," Lorraine said. "There was no advice. I’ve still got no heating or hot water.
I’ve got to either boil the kettle or even go and take a bath at my daughter’s which is miles away. It’s not convenient.
"Every contractor who comes says they don’t know anything about it and they’ve just come to assess it. Clearly, they’re not communicating.
"It’s happened so much, I’m now having mental health issues and I never had this before I moved into the property," she continued.
"On Saturday, I had a total meltdown because I just couldn’t handle it any more and I’ve still got to come into work. I can’t function properly because I don’t feel myself."
The mum explained she was on the housing waiting list for 20 years before moving into the newbuild in Kensington and Chelsea – but can no longer cope with the leaks wreaking havoc on her home.
"Even if they repair it I’m not comfortable in that property because I’ll decorate it and it’ll be ruined again," Lorraine added.
A spokesperson for Catalyst said: “We are sorry for the inconvenience and distress caused.
"We believe the source of the current problem is a leaking communal heating pipe in Ms King’s ceiling.
"To permanently fix the pipe, we need to take down the ceiling, and we are speaking with Ms King to arrange for adequate access to her home and enough time to complete the work and replace and redecorate her ceiling."
