Priddy crash: Two people killed after motorbike smash with passenger airlifted to hospital | The Sun

TWO people have been killed in a horror motorcycle crash, with a third airlifted to hospital in "critical condition".

The tragedy occurred at around 11.50am yesterday morning in the village of Priddy, Somerset, investigators confirmed.

The two motorcycle riders died at the scene, while a pillion passenger from one of the bikes remains "critical" in hospital.

It is understood that the bikes were involved in a collision on a B-road near the small rural village.

The next of kin of the deceased have been informed and are receiving support from a specialist family liaison officer.

Cops offered the families their thoughts "at this difficult time".

Avon and Somerset Police are now appealing for witnesses to the awful smash.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage of the bikes is asked to contact the force on 101, quoting reference 5223124562.
