Disgraced ISIS bride Shamima Begum has pleaded with UK officials for a return to the UK – and it's mainly down to her love of Primark.
Begun, who fled the country to join the terror group in Syria aged 15 in 2015, has claimed that she wants to become a “voice against radicalisation” should she be allowed to come back home.
Begum was speaking from the Al-Roj prison camp in north-east Syria.

She was being interviewed by filmmakers Andrew Drury and Richard Ashmore, in footage given to the i newspaper.
Despite the plea, she did admit that she is prepared and expects to spend the rest of her life in Syria.
She said: “That’s how I feel and that’s what it looks like.
“I want to be as British as possible.
“The problem is at the age of being a teenager you’re very arrogant and you don’t listen to people so sometimes you really do have to learn the hard way.
“I could be used as an example, like you don’t want to end up like her.
“If it stops children making the same mistake that I made of course use me as an example.
“Tell the kids ‘don’t be like her, don’t become like her’.”
Begum is now holed up in a “de-radicalised” part of the prison with other female prisoners – some of whome are mothers.

She no longer wears the Islamic outfits she was forced to wear, donning more British attire of a t-shirt, leggings and sunglasses.
She loves British clothes so much that she recently asked for tons of stock from Primark to be flown to her from her former home country.
It is not known whether that request was accommodated, however.
In February 2019, Begun had her UK citizenship revoked by former Home Secretary Sajid Javid.
This was upheld by current Home Secretary Priti Patel when she said that “we don’t need people who have done harm and left our country to be part of a death cult and to perpetuate that ideology”.

And this week, a Home Office spokesman said: “Those who remain in the conflict zone include some of the most dangerous, choosing to stay to fight or otherwise support Daesh (ISIS).
“Many of these individuals represent a serious and credible threat to our national security and the direct threat they pose would be significantly higher should they return to the UK.”
