Prince Andrew 'to be named' in court docs containing 'salacious' allegations related to Jeffrey Epstein's associates | The Sun

PRINCE Andrew is to be named in the final batch of court documents containing "salacious" allegations related to Jeffrey Epstein's associates, it is understood.

The papers, which list "alleged perpetrators" and people accused of "serious wrongdoing", are set to be made public within months.

The Duke of York, 62, is among those mentioned in the documents, the Mail reports.

It is understood Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz among the 167 people named.

The documents are the last collection of sealed material set to be made public after being filed as part of a defamation case brought against Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre in 2015.

Giuffre and Maxwell's civil defamation case was settled with confidential terms – but slowly hundreds of pages of documents have been released over the last few years.

The final batch of documents is now due to be released after those mentioned in the papers gave the green light for their names to be made public.

Andrew and Dershowitz have always maintained their innocence.

Maxwell, 61, was caged for 20 years in June 2022 for decades of abuse after grooming dozens of girls for twisted paedophile Epstein.

The shamed socialite was found guilty of luring young girls to massage rooms for Epstein to molest between 1994 and 2004.

Epstein, meanwhile, hanged himself in jail while awaiting trial for sickening sex crimes in 2019.

Giuffre was a victim of sex trafficking at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell.

In 2021, Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Andrew claiming he had sexually assaulted her as a teenager on multiple occasions.

The case was settled – but The Sun revealed he was hoping to overturn the multi-million-pound settlement with Giuffre now her abuse case against a high-profile US lawyer has crumbled.

Meanwhile, Andrew is poised to hit Giuffre with an £81million lawsuit.

He is “ready to go on the attack” if she repeats her sex allegations against him in her new book.
